During the period of new project introduction, create BOM, set up process flow and timing, work station, and manage cheap ralph lauren polo shirts production.2. Ensure samples submit and production starts on Lacoste Polo time, and achieve delivery target compliance with project schedule and milestone.3. Estimate and control cost, including manufacturing, materials, test, packaging and tooling.4. Improve injection molding, soldering, assembly process and analyse failure to improve quality.5. Project risk management and change order management, to minimize the technical and financial risk.
