After passed the probation, I started to learn more about project management and execution. I took more responsibilities on work. I assisted Project Director / Manager to fulfill tasks, such as attending client meeting and taking meeting minutes, helping Project Director / Manager to draft meeting agenda, contact attorney for legal issues, prepare for service contract lace wedding dresses according to service scope, preparing for meeting presentation files, keeping ralph lauren polo shirts contact with client for updated information, filing certificates from attorney and other related files chi flat iron into folder and file management, and so on. Since I started to take the responsibility as Project Coordinator, work duty has been expanded to contact point of project, be responsible to chi straightener coordinate and communicate with internal team member and external team member from client side.For internal communication and coordination, I help project manager to fulfill project tasks, such as project planning, work Lacoste Polo Shirts tasks delivery and scheduling, keep team member in loop of information and follow time and action calendar to fulfill tasks, draft project service scope plan and master plan for executing, executing market research and data mining, collected data and information summary and analysis, and final report complete, ect.For client side, I will keep contact with each department and coordinating work task; responsible for data collecting from relevant department and related constructors / contacts; timing control and coordinating, make sure schedule in control; attending client meeting and define client needs and summarize as project service scope in future, ect.
